Download the reservation forms from the blue hyperlink above. Return the completed paperwork along with a $700.00 non-refundable deposit. Payments can be made by cash or check. Ride America Tours will confirm your reservation by return E-mail.

Feel free to use a Travel Agent if you want help with your flight. You can also book your own flight if you desire. Travel insurance is available and recommended.

Balance of the tour fee is due in full no later than 60 days prior to the tour date and is non-refundable. Travel insurance is available and recommended.

Approximately one month prior to the start of your tour, you will be notified of exact drop off date and location.

Early afternoon arrival is best. A Ride America Representative will be there to help you get your luggage and bike.

Approximately one week after your tour, your bike will be ready for pickup at the same drop off location (you will be notified of exact pickup date)

What’s Included:
Transport of your motorcycle and luggage to and from our exciting destinations and lodging. In route, bikes are insured and are transported in an enclosed, specially equipped, air-ride trailer which provides each bike the space needed for safe and secure transport. Upon your arrival at your destination, your bike will be ride-ready and awaiting pick-up.

At destination, Experienced Ride America Tour guides conduct daily and multi-day rides along routes that have been previously selected to provide you with an unforgettable experience and memories that will last a lifetime. You are also free to blaze your own trail should you wish to do so. Each tour ends with a group dinner designed for good fellowship and to reinforce friendships made along the way.

What’s Not Included:
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, both to and from the tour destination, meals, fuel, and all other related expenses.

Important Things:
• Our tours generally coincide with peak seasonal demand. Ride America Tours recommends early booking of your flight arrangements soon after tour confirmation.

• The tours are scheduled at times when the weather is suitable for motorcycle touring. However, at times the weather may not cooperate; therefore we will not ride in dangerous conditions or severe weather.

• Drinking is not allowed while we are riding. Also, we do not allow firearms or illegal drugs of any kind on or in your motorcycle or in our trailer(s).

• These are not tours for novices or the new beginner nor a place/trip to learn how to ride a motorcycle. It is important to note that you and passenger (if applicable) must be in good physical condition, good health and adapted to riding for long periods during the day.
